Artificial Womb Issues

Ethical Issues

The artificial womb goes against the natural growth of life. Studies have shown that a baby's long-term immunity is much stronger by being exposed to the beneficial bacteria inside the birth canal. when removing a baby away from the mother's utrerus

furthermore steps away how nature was intended for pregnancies and limits the bonding experience between a child and its mother. Such as the baby's after birth, nursing, and many other interactions. This dehumanizes the act of procreation and damages the natural order of things by relying on robots to carry offspring.

Social Issues

Some feminists view the artificial womb with, skepticism, arguing that it will hand over women's reproductive abilities for science. However, this new piece of technology would truly be a step towards the right direction for gender equality. Both men and women may have the opportunity to "carry" a child themselves.

Legal Issues

There are no legal rules regarding the custody and care rights over artificial embryos or the children born from them.

It seems to extend parental rights to include artificial wombs. But, in many states have many decades to address surrogacy, and many still do not fully discuss the legal implications of surrogacy, which adult gains parental rights or even who should get custody and visitation rights. However, the 14-day rule prevents any scientific research on embryos past the gestated period of 14 days, halting any possible

What is stopping so many scientist and medical researchers  like Dr. Hung- Ching from actually discovering if the artificial womb is compatible for nursing a human fetuses and premature babies is because of the numerous feudal regulations that imposes restrictions on genetic studies.
